What you'll work on
Implement AI strategies at clients – Translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
Deploy production applications – Build and ship Python apps, APIs, and LLM services.
Run client hackathons – Lead intensive innovation sessions to rapidly prototype solutions.
Build client-requested prototypes – Turn ideas into working demos quickly.
Develop with modern AI tools – Use Cursor and Lovable for accelerated development.

Essential experience
- Self-motivated and takes initiative independently.
- Strong technical background in LLMs, AI, and software engineering.
- Proficient in Python programming.
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI and LLM technology.
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
- Team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English.
- Based in the Netherlands.
- Startup mentality – comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure, TypeScript, and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Cursor or similar AI coding tools.
- Prior consulting experience with enterprise stakeholders.
